Our Chiropractors are also trained to deliver specific exercise programs, as well as to provide nutritional and lifestyle counselling to assist the body in healing itself.

Growing up in BC with dance & sports of all kinds, Zofia developed a passion for physical fitness from a very early age. Kaileigh is excited to join the team at Catalyst and return to coaching her clients towards their health and fitness goals here in Toronto. Kaileigh graduated with her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBC’s Okanagan campus in Kelowna, B.C. While completing her Bachelor’s degree, Kaileigh completed one year at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia learning from exercise and sports physiology specialists. Her fitness mentors in Australia were the catalyst to Kaileigh’s passion for health and exercise which further led her to completing her CSEP-CPT. From there, Kaileigh also went on to work as a certified group fitness instructor with experience teaching HIIT, bootcamp, small group training, barre and spin classes. Growing up, Kaileigh played competitive sports such as soccer, field hockey and figure skating which diversified her knowledge in different types of strength and conditioning training.

Dr. Jonathon Perry has an extensive background in the health and wellness industry dating back to a young age where he developed a strong appreciation for athletic training. He studied Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2017.

Dr. Perry has augmented his education by becoming certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, Athletic Movement Assessment (upper limb, lower limb, and therapeutics) and Fascial Abrasion Technique. He has attended courses in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (weightlifting focused) and other exercise based intervention courses. Andrew graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at York University.
