Chiropractic care utilizes a manual approach to health care. This includes patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment. In particular, chiropractors assess patients for disorders related to the musculoskeletal and nervous system. As a result of taking a patient history and physical assessment, chiropractors are able to provide a diagnosis for the patient’s presenting condition(s) and develop a comprehensive treatment/management plan in order to optimize performance and function.

Our Chiropractors are also trained to deliver specific exercise programs, as well as to provide nutritional and lifestyle counselling to assist the body in healing itself.

You will receive an insurance receipt to submit if you have coverage.

*45 MINUTES IS THE RECOMMENDED LENGTH FOR SUBSEQUENT VISITS. IF IT'S YOUR FIRST FST FOCUSED VISIT AFTER A REGULAR CHIROPRACTIC ASSESSMENT, PLEASE BOOK A 45 MINUTE SESSION*

This chiropractic session focuses on Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) - a gentle, assisted stretching technique designed to improve mobility, reduce tension, and help you move more freely. While you relax on a treatment table, the chiropractor guides you through smooth, flowing, multi-directional stretches using soft straps for support - similar to yoga done for you. Unlike traditional stretching that isolates one muscle at a time, FST targets fascia, the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and joints.

Stress, prolonged sitting, workouts, poor posture, or past injuries can cause fascia to tighten, leading to stiffness and restricted movement. FST uses gentle traction and rhythmic movements to release deeper restrictions without pain, helping you feel looser, lighter, and more balanced. Benefits include improved mobility, reduced aches and stiffness, better posture, faster recovery, and decreased overall tension.

As part of chiropractic care, your visit will include patient assessment, diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan to optimize function and performance, along with exercise or lifestyle recommendations as needed.

This service is provided by a licensed chiropractor and is eligible for extended health benefits. An insurance receipt will be issued for reimbursement if you have coverage.
